And on our Pro plan, you can let them set up their debit or credit card before the event by pre-registering!
People have good intentions, but sometimes donors are too busy socializing and having fun at your event to pull out their purse or wallet and complete their pledge. Never fear, though! If a donor doesn't follow through after making their pledge, we'll automatically send them one or more text reminders in the days following to get them to complete their donation.

As soon as the donation is collected, donors will instantly receive an email receipt for their contribution. Use our standard receipt on the Basic plan or a completely custom-desiged receipt on the Pro plan. It's up to you. Either way, the donor will have a receipt of the donation for their records.
It's important to keep a consistent look and feel with evertyhing you do. We carry that idea over into our platform by showing your organization's logo and color scheme to the donor when they're entering their payment details.

No. We don't charge credit card fees for our events. You will need to plug in a credit card gateway to process credit card transactions, and each will have their own credit card rates. If you aren't sure which one to choose, we can help you pick the one that's right for you. If you have questions related to payment gateways and transaction rates, get in touch.
No, but getting one and connecting it to Txt2Give is simple! We highly recommend Stripe because they don't charge any monthly or setup fees, their transaction fee is simple (2.3% + 30¢), and you can get your merchant account instantly approved online.
Absolutely not! You simply pay a flat, one-time fee for your event. That's it!
By default, all of your funds will show on one main fundraiser board. If you would like separate fundraising boards, it is an additional $25 per board. Just contact us after signup and let us know that you would like to add that.
The text messages sent to donors cannot be customized. On the Pro Plan, however, we can customize the donor receipt and edit it to say whatever you would like. If you include the necessary wording, it can even serve as an official tax receipt.
We can usually have your account ready in under 24 hours, but during busy times it can sometimes take longer. If you need a turn-a-round in under 24 hours, there will be a $100 rush fee to push your setup to the top of the list.
